Intellisports Inc. has been in bankruptcy under the Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité since November 10, 2023, with MNP LTÉE acting as syndic and the file carried before the Superior Court of Québec as No. 500-11-063116-236. The company declared assets of $177,150 against liabilities of $3,201,830 on its balance sheet, but all assets are stated to be pledged in favour of secured creditors and the realized value of every asset line is reported as nil. Investissement Québec holds a conventional hypothec for $2,773,800 and Global Liquidity Services LLC a conventional hypothec for $168,056, ranked on RDPRM registrations alone without any opinion as to validity or priority. Ordinary unsecured claims were declared at $517,708, with $388,082 received to date, and a preferred employee vacation pay claim of $4,581 has received nothing. The proceeding remains active.
