Toronto-Dominion Bank held two facilities of $13,018,713.00 and $1,901,245.00 secured on those funds and receivables under security given April 29, 2021; List B secured claims totalled $14,919,958.00 and List A unsecured claims $4,679,433.18, the largest being Borche Import and Export Inc. at $1,556,971.45 and the Canada Revenue Agency at $1,183,538.00.
