Igne Ferro Inc.

Igne Ferro Inc. has been under a notice of intention to make a proposal under section 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act since June 22, 2026, with the proceeding before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The proceeding remains active. Royal Bank of Canada is identified as the company's senior secured creditor, holding a general security agreement that grants a first ranking security interest in all of Igne Ferro's personal property. That security stands behind an RBC line of credit with a borrowing limit of $650,000 and an RBC Visa facility with a borrowing limit of $100,000 in Canadian and U.S. dollars; the record states facility limits rather than outstanding balances.
