Healthchain Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal, with a creditor list dated February 28, 2020 naming one secured creditor, FCS Advisors LLC, though the filing recorded only a nominal $250 disclosure-threshold figure rather than an actual secured balance; FCS Advisors was repaid in full in December 2020 and Healthchain now carries no outstanding secured debt. The same list itemized unsecured claims totaling $1,529,000.00, including $500,000 each owed to REDDS Technology Fund 1, L.P. and REDDS Venture Investment Partners, LLC, $250,000 to Spacibo Inc., $125,000 to Ontario Centre of Excellence, and $50,000 each to Charlotte Schwartz, Globalive Capital Inc. and Said El Khouri, plus numerous smaller claims. A later report dated June 22, 2020 described the unsecured pool in aggregate terms as approximately $1.3 million owed to SAFE investors and approximately $225,000 owed to other creditors.
