In its Notice of Receiver and Receiver's Statement dated August 13, 2010, BDO reported assets at a net book value of $917,253, comprising $910,103 in cash held in US funds converted to Canadian dollars and $7,150 in Canadian cash, with investments carried as unknown, against unsecured liabilities of $2,377,688.64 owed to the several hundred investors listed in Schedule "A". Secured liabilities were stated as unknown. The Receiver does not intend to continue business operations, and will realize on the assets and distribute through a Court-approved claims bar process. The proceeding remains active.
