Future Health Technologies Inc. has been in receivership since September 11, 2025, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) appointed MNP Ltd. as receiver and manager under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, in court file CV-25-00746471-00CL. FHT, not 2804476 Ontario, owns the core platform of its patient monitoring service, the court held on October 7.
