Entropex, together with 629728 Ontario Limited and Unitec Inc., has been in receivership since July 14, 2016, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy and Insolvency appointed MNP Ltd. receiver and manager on the application of The Bank of Nova Scotia under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the CJA, court file 35-1979333T.
