Edge on Triangle Park Inc. et al. obtained protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act by an initial order made on 6 October 2016 in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on the application of Urbancorp Cumberland 2 GP Inc., Urbancorp Cumberland 2 L.P., Bosvest Inc., Edge on Triangle Park Inc. and Edge Residential Inc. The Fuller Landau Group Inc. acts as monitor. The largest unsecured claims stated are $1,907,098.81 to Urbancorp Toronto Management Inc. and $328,591.10 to 1388 Successful Ventures Ltd.
