Dr. Zaboroski Dentistry Professional Corporation and related Zaboroski-family entities are in receivership tied to Royal Bank of Canada credit facilities secured across HRMJ Holdings Inc., ZDPC, Balliol Financial Limited, and 2037237 Ontario Inc., backed by guarantees from Sean and Beata Zaboroski. RBC issued demand letters on October 24, 2022, claiming $3,014,691.67 from HRMJ, $2,926,999.26 from ZDPC, and $4,304,894.78 each from Balliol and 203.
