Dr. Zaboroski Dentistry Professional Corporation and related Zaboroski-family entities are in receivership tied to Royal Bank of Canada credit facilities secured across HRMJ Holdings Inc., ZDPC, Balliol Financial Limited, and 2037237 Ontario Inc., backed by guarantees from Sean and Beata Zaboroski. RBC issued demand letters on October 24, 2022, claiming $3,014,691.67 from HRMJ, $2,926,999.26 from ZDPC, and $4,304,894.78 each from Balliol and 203. A Forbearance Agreement dated November 30, 2022 added third-ranking collateral mortgages up to $6,000,000.00 and recognized priority claims for HRMJ HST arrears of $50,000.00, ZDPC source-deduction arrears of $150,000.00, property tax arrears of $120,000.00, and $200,000.00 in third-party funding from individual lenders. The Logan Avenue property sold in April 2023, leading RBC to discharge its mortgage there; other secured and priority claims remained outstanding as of a July 4, 2023 affidavit.
