The receiver's notice of statement, as of July 17, 2017, lists unsecured claims including Agway Metals Inc. at CAD 66,311.58, Rolark Stainless Steel Inc. at CAD 31,334.47 and CBC Specialty Metals at CAD 29,388.31. The receivership remains active.
