Domenic Cosentino and Company Limited is in court-appointed receivership in Ontario, with A. Farber & Partners Inc. acting as receiver and manager under an order made on October 13, 2020. The appointment was sought by Concetta Cosentino, Teresa Moretti and Cesare Cosentino, who applied under section 248 of the Ontario Business Corporations Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, court file CV-13-5389-00. Around the time of the appointment, the only obligations outstanding were mortgages held by Owemanco Mortgage Trust over the Wolfedale Property, secured by registered advances of $1,750,000 in 2017, $550,000 in 2019 and $436,000 in 2020.
