The EBF Group, as assignee of the company's accounts receivable, holds a secured claim of CAD 2,930,175.63, followed by BDC Canada at CAD 350,000, OnDeck Canada at CAD 134,378.60 and Merchant Growth at CAD 76,976. As at August 31, 2022, assets were reported at CAD 3,219,067.50. The receivership is active.
A further application was filed in the receivership on December 19, 2022.
