ClearPier Inc., Advinteo Inc., ClearPier Performance Inc., Solavid Inc., Vexigo Inc., VTV Studio Inc. and Media Quest Group Limited are in a court-appointed receivership brought by Royal Bank of Canada in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act.
