The application was brought by Andrew Peek and Constantine Trevor Speis, former shareholders and limited partners, who on or about August 16, 2022 paid Toronto Dominion Bank $542,526.73 to satisfy their guarantees and took an assignment of TD's general security interest over all present and after-acquired property. A forbearance agreement made on or about July 6, 2022 had fixed the TD debt at $487,389.19 as of June 21, 2022. The proceeding is active.
