Cantar Pool Products Limited/Produits de Piscines Cantar Limitée commenced proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act on October 17, 2006 before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List, under court file 06-CL-6690, with A.
