Bryn Gwyrdd Holdings Inc. and Mynyddoedd Holdings Inc. remain in active insolvency proceedings commenced 6 January 2021 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia under court file S210184. An unaudited Estimated Statement of Final Accounts prepared by the Liquidator puts the balance on hand in the BGHI trust account at $85,814.86 CAD as at 8 February 2022, with estimated disbursements through to dissolution equal to that amount and a nil final balance. The Liquidator is unaware of any creditors of MHI, whose trust balance is separately reported at approximately $2,777,400. The Liquidator's Listing of Claims records four claims against BGHI totalling amounts from $1,459.81 to $21,392.84, each arising from goods or services at the Whistler Property but invoiced to parties other than BGHI.
