Bridging Finance Inc. is subject to insolvency proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, court file CV-21-00661458-00CL, with Justice G.B. Morawetz presiding. On the application of the Ontario Securities Commission, the court granted an interim order on April 30, 2021, under section 129 of the Securities Act (Ontario) and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as receiver and manager.
