Blugo Enterprise Inc. has been in court-appointed receivership since April 1, 2022, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointed BDO Canada Limited as receiver on the application of the Business Development Bank of Canada under s. 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and s. 101 of the Courts of Justice Act.
