The application was brought by first mortgagees including Comfort Capital Inc., The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company, E. Manson Investments Ltd. and Fenfam Holdings Inc., whose mortgages over the High Point, Caldwell, Loyalist and Bridge properties are to be satisfied from sale proceeds. Later charges over the same properties are held by Moshum Capital Inc., D. & A. Macleod Company Ltd., Mere Investments Ltd., Atlas Capital Corporation and Far Hills Properties Inc.
