Admin 66 inc. has been in court-appointed receivership since 7 May 2026, in proceedings before the Superior Court of Québec grounded in s. 243 of the BIA and provincial Judicature Act authority. Banque Laurentienne du Canada ranks first on the debtor's immovables under a hypothèque registered 4 December 2024 (land register no. 29 125 834; RDPRM no. 24-1543229-0001) with registered capital of $3,477,600 bearing interest at 25% per year, and puts the debt at no less than $2,270,304.74 as of a 14 April 2026 statement of account, excluding fees, penalties and accruing interest. Nineteen legal hypothecs of construction stand published against Lots 6 528 938 and 6 528 939, sixteen per lot with some overlap, totalling a stated $1,795,928.39 without admission as to validity or quantum and with some amounts double-counting subcontractor claims. The largest, $1,211,581.35 as of 15 August 2025 under inscription no. 29 676 145, belongs to 9335-3753 Québec inc., a company controlled by M. Roy, a director and shareholder of the debtor through JLK. 9500-9858 Québec inc. published a conventional hypothec against the immovables on 5 February 2026 and submitted a conditional purchase offer of $4,600,000 dated 3 April 2026.
