9427-4099 Québec inc. and 9466-7185 Québec inc. (Riviera) have been under court-appointed receivership since 6 March 2024, when Justice Jean-François Émond of the Superior Court of Québec appointed Lemieux Nolet inc. as receiver on the application of Q-12 Capital S.E.C., court file 200-11-029150-243. The Receiver took possession of and insured the property, obtained permits from the City of Québec, hired a contractor to pump out an excavation, processed creditor claims, and received and evaluated purchase offers for the building, accepting one subject to conditions and Court approval.
