921778 Ontario Inc. has been in insolvency proceedings since July 27, 2017, when Rosen Goldberg Inc. was appointed receiver and manager under subsection 245(1) of the Act, pursuant to a general security agreement dated September 22, 2015 held by the Bank of Montreal. The bank is owed approximately $300,000 by way of secured guarantee as at the date of appointment.
