A formal appraisal as at the appointment date put the fair market value of the company's equipment at $40,000, and equipment of the related 2635061 Ontario Ltd. at $350,000. PPSA searches disclose registrations against 9033955 by Royal Bank of Canada, Kempenfelt, a Division of Bennington Financial Corp., Meridian Onecap Credit Corp. and the Ontario Ministry of Finance. The Receiver reports it could not compile a listing of unsecured creditors or assess priority claims because the principal did not provide the company's books and records; the creditor mailing list as at January 9, 2023 shows an aggregate of $168,697.65, with individual claims carried at nominal $1.00 placeholders. The receivership remains active.
