The estate is contested: relatives of sole director Sandeep Singh hold subordinate charges of $1,200,000 and $2,000,000 registered without RBC's consent, and seven Repair and Storage Liens Act registrations totalling over $725,000 were registered through a related company to block leasing companies from enforcing.
