As of May 20, 2026, RBC's indebtedness stood at $1,772,168.81 against 1618235 and $773,085.15 against 6834973, secured by general security agreements dated March 3, 2025, first-ranking mortgages over Units 3 and 4 registered March 17, 2025, and guarantees from each company and Noel Perera. The Canada Revenue Agency claims $726,366.19 in unremitted HST against 6834973 as of March 31, 2026.
