Community Trust Company, as trustee and mortgage administrator for numerous unrelated syndicated investors holding RSP, RIF and LIRA plans, and Hi-Rise Capital Ltd. hold mortgage security subordinated and postponed to FirstOntario under standstill agreements dated March 19, 2015.
