4544 Zimmerman Avenue LP and 4544 Zimmerman Avenue GP Inc. were placed in court-appointed receivership on October 14, 2020 in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, under BIA s. 243 and provincial Judicature Act authority. As at the date of appointment, Marchant Realty Partners Inc., as agent, was owed CAD 4,718,234. In a listing of unsecured creditors reported by the Receiver as at October 22, 2020, the City of Niagara Falls was shown owed CAD 76,577.46 in municipal taxes on roll number 2725 010 002043000000; seven further claims were each carried at CAD 1, namely Milborne Real Estate Inc., Milborne Real Estate management fees, 1021862 Ontario Ltd., 2384212 Ontario, 2407553 Ontario Inc., Enbridge, and an asset management fee payable to 4544 GP.
