33 Laird Group — comprising 33 Laird Inc., the general partner and 33 Laird Limited Partnership — is in Division I proposal proceedings under the BIA in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, commenced December 10, 2020, with 33 Laird Inc. as applicant. The matter remains active. Draft unaudited financial statements of 33 Laird Limited Partnership record aggregate net book value of approximately $13MM as at December 31, 2019 for the building structures under construction and the land. As understood by the Proposal Trustee, DUCA Financial Services Credit Union is owed $9,789,000 as of December 8, 2020 on a mortgage charge with a registered principal of $22MM, with $3,214,000 of that loan syndicated to Centurion Mortgage Capital. Maxxwel & Co. has registered a $113,336 construction lien. A $5,200,000 second-ranking mortgage claimed by Beaux Properties International and Sealink JV, in trust, is disputed.

Each row is one filing's statement, copied as it reads and never computed. "Estimated" is the officer's forecast; "Under the plan" is the plan's or proposal's own term; "Final" is a declared or paid distribution; a row with no chip states no footing. A range is the two numbers stated; "of proven claims" is the document's own denominator.
