First Source fully advanced a $3,500,000 facility secured by a first mortgage registered April 4, 2019, a general assignment of rents and a general security agreement, guaranteed by 2674915 Ontario Ltd., 2674916 Ontario Ltd. and Matthew David Posthumus; its balance was $4,203,348.24 as of December 31, 2020. Louis Anagnostakos and other B-position lenders hold subordinate charges, and the Town of Kingsville was owed $24,759.43 in water arrears as of December 10, 2020.
