Justice Mew approved Grant Thornton's sale of the boarded-up Clarington Esso on July 23, at a sealed price. At the Bethany Esso, where tests found soil contamination and RBC says it is not prepared to fund remediation, the receiver has not taken possession; its request to be discharged over the two Bethany companies was adjourned.
