2309136 Ontario Inc. and 2738400 Ontario Inc., together “Indo-Canadian”, have been in court-appointed receivership since February 23, 2026, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointed The Fuller Landau Group Inc. receiver on the application of Royal Bank of Canada, under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, in court file CL-25-00753582-0000. By an assignment of debt and security agreement dated April 6, 2026, RBC assigned its position to 1001557980 Ontario Inc. for a purchase price of $10,186,157.46 plus US$11,771.98; the assigned indebtedness stands at $10,445,828.07 with a further $12,322.44 on a US-dollar Visa to July 16, 2026, and is not disputed by the debtor companies. Priority payables include $130,944.99 in property taxes owed to the Town of Halton Hills, $7,710.00 in Wage Earner Protection Program priority claims, and a $2,231.96 repair and storage lien claim of Action Trailer Sales Inc.
