Two syndicated mortgage loans arranged by Rescom Capital rank first and second, owed $731,075.20 and $1,122,615.42 as at November 7, 2012. Comfort Capital Inc. holds a third mortgage of $178,647.57, guaranteed by Muhammad Latif, principal of the stalking horse purchaser SMEI, and SMV Financial Services Inc. holds the fourth. Irving Oil holds a purchase-money security interest over the fuel dispensing system at the property.
