Osborne J.A. has refused the debtors leave to appeal the July 14 order approving Grant Thornton's sale of 8412 and 8424 Goreway Drive, Brampton, holding that the BIA's appeal procedure governs and that leave was required; their notice of appeal, due by July 24, was served July 30. A notice of abandonment followed on August 31.
