Windsor Family Credit Union Limited, holding first-ranking charges of $4,482,800 against the Phase 1 Lots and $3,000,000 against the Phase 2 Lots plus a general security agreement, demanded $3,994,496.30 on Facility 1 and $2,925,972.07 on Facility 2 on April 23, 2025; a payout statement puts the combined balance at $7,341,166.40 as at October 3, 2025, and a security opinion confirms a valid and enforceable first mortgage. Trinity Woods Inc., holding a second vendor take-back mortgage over both phases, demanded $2,798,235.81 on April 15, 2025.
