C & K put its claim at $2,408,909.21 as at November 25, 2024, secured by a charge and mortgage of land registered April 26, 2022 for a principal of $2,200,000, an assignment of rents and a general security agreement. Shell Canada Limited holds a second charge registered April 27, 2022 and 2009339 Ontario Inc. a third charge registered June 1, 2022, and the Township of Minden Hills certified $16,880.11 in tax arrears and $2,138.94 in utility arrears as at December 5, 2024.
