The purpose of this fourth report of the Proposal Trustee (the “Fourth Report”) is to advise and update this Honourable Court with respect to: a) the activities of PIL; b) the activities of the Proposal Trustee; c) the SISP undertaken by PIL; d) PIL’s actual cash flow results and future projected cash flows; e) PIL’ s application for an extension of time to file a proposal and an increase to the Interim Lending Charge; and f) the Proposal Trustee’s conclusions and recommendations
