The purpose of this ninth report of the Monitor (the “Ninth Report”) is to provide information to this Court with respect to: i) the status of the CCAA Proceeding; ii) the actual receipts and disbursements of the Applicant from September 6, 2021 to February 27, 2022 (the “Reporting Period”); iii) the Applicant’s updated cash flow forecast for the period from February 28, 2022 to October 2, 2022; and iv) the Applicant’s request for an order that the stay of proceedings be extended up to and including September 30, 2022
