The purpose of this report (the “Eighteenth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with relevant information pertaining to, inter alia, the following: (a) the emergence of Teliphone Corp. in the within proceedings and its relationship with the Petitioners and TNW Networks Corp.; (b) the Interim Transaction Proceeds (defined below) paid by NCL in connection with the Vesting Order; and (c) the observations of the Monitor in response to the Monitor Replacement Application
