The purpose of this fifth report (the “Fifth Report”) is to provide this Honourable Court with: a) condensed background information in respect of the Petitioners and the Group (defined below); b) an update on the Monitor’s activities since it filed its Fourth Report; c) discussions with the Harbour Centre landlord; d) actual receipts for the period February 6, 2017 through February 24, 2017 compared to the Fourth Report Forecast; e) the Monitor’s further revised cash flow forecast for the period February 27, 2017 through to March 31, 2017 (the “Fifth Report Forecast”); f) the proposed new interim lending facility term sheet; g) the Monitor’s forecast from March 13, 2017 through June 30, 2017 (the “Extended Borrowings Forecast”); h) Telus and BCE Group services a part of which make up the Petitioners’ February 3 rd Notice of Application; i) additional observations with respect to documentation provided by the Petitioners in respect of the assignment of customer contracts to TNW Networks; j) the Petitioners’ restructuring plan; k) the status of these proceedings; and l) the Monitor’s conclusions and recommendations
