The purpose of this Thirtieth Report of the Monitor (the “Thirtieth Report”) is to seek the approval of this Honourable Court of the Asia Restructuring Agreement dated as of November 5, 2009 amongst the US Debtors, the Applicants, the EMEA Debtors and the APAC Entities (the “APAC Agreement”). The APAC Agreement is also subject to approval by the U.S. Court at a joint hearing that has been scheduled for December 2, 2009. A copy of the APAC Agreement is attached as Appendix “A” to this Thirtieth Report. Those entities from the Asian-Pacific (“APAC”) region participating in the APAC Agreement are listed in Schedule 4 to the APAC Agreement (the “APAC Entities”)
