This supplement to the Fifty-First Report of the Monitor ("Supplemental Fifty-First Report") is provided in reference to the Monitor's Fifty-First Report dated August 27, 2010 (the "Fifty-First Report"). The purpose of this Supplemental Fifty-First Report is to provide this Honourable Court with: (a) information on the LTD Optional Life Benefit, in respect of which there was insufficient data at the date of the Fifty-First Report; and (b) an update on specific process matters relating to the Monitor's motion for approval of the Proposed Allocation Methodology (the "Proposed Allocation Methodology Approval Motion"), including information on certain inquiries received
