The purpose of this ninth report of the Monitor (the “Ninth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with information pertaining to, inter alia: a) condensed background information in respect of the Petitioners and the Group; b) cash flow for the period July 10 to February 15, 2018 (the “Ninth Report Forecast Period”); c) the extension of the stay of proceedings to February 15, 2018 as contemplated in the proposed sale approval and vesting order (the “Sale Approval and Vesting Order”); and d) the Monitor’s recommendations
