The purpose of this seventh report (the “Seventh Report”) is to provide this Honourable Court with information with respect to the following: a) an update on Northern Pulp’s EA related activities; b) an update on the impact of the Class 2 Designation on the EA Process and related timelines; c) an update on the status of the IFF Term Sheet; d) update on the ELC activities since the Sixth Report; 5 e) an update on settlement discussions with the Province and a tolling arrangement to address the upcoming limitation period with respect to litigation against the Province; f) the upcoming expiry of the Stay Period; and g) the Monitor’s comments
