The purpose of this One Hundred and Forty Third Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred and Forty Third Report”) is to provide this Court and stakeholders with an update in respect of the implementation of the Plan as well as information regarding the Monitor and Canadian Debtors’ motion seeking: a) approval of the London Properties Settlement Agreement dated November 6, 2017, among Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as Represented by the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change (“MOECC”), NNL and the Monitor (the “London Settlement”); b) approval of the 2018 Nortel Retention Plan (the “2018 NRP”); and c) approval of the Settlement Agreement with Travelers/DominionTravelers among Travelers (as defined therein) and the Canadian Debtors dated September 26, 2017 (the “Travelers Settlement”)
