(a) seeking approval of the transfer of certain lands owned by NNL in London, Ontario to NNIC in order to facilitate certain environmental management measures being undertaken by the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (the "MECP") and Daimler Trucks Canada Ltd. ("Daimler") on such lands; and (b) seeking approval of a form of"Notice of Waiver, Surrender and Release of Further Distributions" (the "Distribution Waiver") to be filled out, signed and delivered to the Monitor by creditors who wish to waive any further distributions under the Plan or from the Nortel Health and Welfare Trust (the "HWT")
