The purpose of this Sixty-Fifth Report of the Monitor (the "Sixty-Fifth Report") is to provide information to this Honourable Court with respect to the following: (a) Claims filed in the CCAA proceedings by the UK Pension Trustee and PPF (as defined below); (b) Claims filed in the CCAA proceedings by the EMEA Debtors; (c) Claims filed by the EMEA Debtors and the Joint Administrators in the Chapter 11 Proceedings and objections filed by the US Debtors; and to provide the Monitor's observations in respect thereof
