The Petitioners pay Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. its outstanding fees in the amount of $37,209.90. The Petitioners pay Watson Goepel LLP its fees in the amount of $5,198.45. Any party to these proceedings be at liberty to apply for a taxation of the accounts of Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. and/or Watson Goepel LLP in accordance with the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C., c-36, and the directions of the Supreme Court of British Columbia
