The purpose of this report (the “Supplement to the Twelfth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with information pertaining to, inter alia: a) the Revised Distributel APA; b) elements of a proposed liquidation plan for approval in the event this Honourable Court does not approve the Revised Distributel APA, or if the Revised Distributel APA fails to complete; c) the request by the Shareholder Representatives to turn-over control of the Petitioners’ Business; d) commentary on proving ownership of assets; e) Telus payment default; f) the Monitor’s request for advice and directions; and g) the Monitor's conclusions
