The purpose of this One Hundred and Fifteenth Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred and Fifteenth Report”) is to provide support in respect of the Monitor’s and Canadian Debtors’ motion seeking an Order confirming the Monitor and its counsel are entitled to receive certain materials currently subject to a sealing order in Dunn v. Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Limited (Court File No. 07-CL-7270) so that the Monitor and its counsel can review and consider such materials in connection with the Monitor’s consideration of the Dunn CCAA Claims (as defined below) filed by Frank Andrew Dunn against NNC and NNL in these proceedings
