The purpose of this sixth report of the Monitor (the “Sixth Report”) is to provide information to this Court with respect to: i) the status of the CCAA Proceeding; ii) the actual receipts and disbursements of the Applicant from February 3, 2020 to September 6, 2020; iii) the Applicant’s updated cash flow forecast for the period from September 7, 2020 to April 4, 2021; and iv) the Applicant’s request for an order that the stay of proceedings be extended up to and including March 31, 2021
